ost Drum: Youngbear The rest of the head staff will be updated soon. KU’s First Nations Student Association (FNSA) and the Lied Center host the FNSA Powwow and Indigenous Culture Festival. This free community event provides opportunities for the KU and the Lawrence community and will include opportunities to learn more about the Native American cultures throughout the United States. Through various workshop sessions such as storytelling, craft demonstrations, kids activities, powwow etiquette classes, Indigenous foods, and the main event - the KU-FNSA powwow - the KU community and the Lawrence-Kansas City metro area can take part as audience members and participants in the workshops, classes and demonstrations – all free of charge.
