3rd Annual Native American Conference (2019)
April 5, 2019 - April 7, 2019
Santa Fe, NM
Al-Anon is reaching out to invite you, or anyone who is involved in substance abuse programs, to attend the 3rd Native American Al-Anon Conference. The main purpose of the conference is to carry the message of recovery to the Native American and First Nations people by providing support, encouragement, and a safe place to share. During the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to discover how to bring the Al-Anon / Alateen program to your community, hear from members about their recovery from the affects of alcoholism, and enjoy a fellowship bound by a common solution.
The conference will be held on Friday, April 5th through Sunday April 7th in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the ‘Lodge At Santa Fe.’
Al-Anon is a fellowship of relatives and friends of problem drinkers who share their experience, strength, and hope in order to solve their common problems. We believe alcoholism is a family illness and that changed attitudes can aid recovery. Al-Anon’s primary purpose is to help family and friends of alcoholics, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not.
There are two ways you can register for the conference: You can register through mail using the attached registration form; or you can register by going to Eventbrite.com by searching for “Native American Al-Anon” in Santa Fe, NM or by using this link:
