The Heart of Tataviam Pow Wow is a vibrant, two‑day cultural gathering honoring the traditions, heritage, and living presence of Indigenous peoples. This celebration invites the community to experience the strength and beauty of Native culture through powerful traditional song, dance, and shared community spirit.
Event Schedule:
Saturday, October 3: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, October 4: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Attendees can explore a diverse marketplace featuring vendors offering handmade jewelry, clothing, and other traditional items crafted by Indigenous artists. A variety of food options will be available throughout the weekend, including fry bread, Indian tacos, sweet and savory crepes, desserts, milkshakes, and iced coffee—keeping everyone energized as the Pow Wow spirit carries through the day.
Rooted in cultural pride and connection, the Heart of Tataviam Pow Wow serves as a welcoming space for cultural affirmation, education, and community gathering. Individuals and families of all backgrounds are encouraged to attend and participate respectfully while observing Pow Wow protocols.
