All registered dancers in regalia will receive a daily honorarium. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and reusable water bottles to stay comfortable and hydrated throughout the event. The site will host food vendors and over 50 craft vendors, providing a variety of options for shopping and dining. Please note that dogs are not allowed, and overnight camping is prohibited; however, hotel discount codes are available upon request.
A sunrise ceremony will take place on both Saturday and Sunday at 5:30 am. For convenience, overnight parking is permitted at Northgate Square, 1500 Fisher Street, North Bay, ON P1B 2H3, in the designated lot with an overnight permit, which is free. A complimentary North Bay Transit shuttle bus will operate from Northgate Square to Lee Park from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days, making transportation easy for attendees. Entry to the Pow Wow is free of charge, and a Community Feast will be held on Saturday at 5 p.m., offering a wonderful opportunity to gather and celebrate together.
