Welcome to the 3rd Annual Memorial Squamish Nation Youth Pow Wow! Join us from Friday July 11th to Sunday July 13th at Capilano Longhouse Field in Xwmelch’stn Village for 3 days of cultural celebration and community spirit.
The event kicks off at 4:00pm with our first Grand Entry at 7pm so be sure to arrive early to catch all the exciting performances and activities lined up. This in-person gathering is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich traditions of pow wow.
Don’t miss out on this special event that honors our youth and brings us together. See you there!
The Squamish Nation Youth Pow Wow is an ALL AGES friendly dance competition powwow, focused on uplifting our youth and providing opportunities for education, employment and healing through culture.
Open to visitors and spectators of all ethnicities, we welcome you to a weekend of Traditional food, 100+ vendors selling a wide variety of goods, and entertainment for those 0-100+ years young!
