DESCRIPTION:Celebrate 40 years of Native art\, culture\, and tradition at t
 he 2026 Red Earth Festival in downtown Oklahoma City. Held at the Oklahoma
  City Convention Center on August 1–2\, 2026\, Red Earth Festival brings
  together Native artists\, dancers\, cultural demonstrators\, and tribal r
 epresentatives from across the United States for one unforgettable weekend
 .\n\nThe festival features a nationally recognized juried Native art marke
 t showcasing fine art\, jewelry\, pottery\, beadwork\, sculpture\, textile
 s\, baskets\, and more from Indigenous artists representing many tribal na
 tions. Guests can also experience vibrant pow wow dancing\, cultural prese
 ntations\, artist demonstrations\, family activities\, youth art exhibitio
 ns\, and educational programming throughout the weekend.\n\nNew for 2026\,
  Red Earth Festival will introduce exciting bracket-style dance competitio
 ns that bring a head-to-head tournament format to the arena. Saturday will
  feature Women’s Jingle vs. Fancy Shawl\, while Sunday highlights Men’
 s Traditional vs. Straight Dance competitions. Dancers will compete throug
 h bracket rounds\, including a secondary bracket that allows competitors m
 ultiple opportunities to dance and advance. Prize payouts include $800 for
  1st place\, $600 for 2nd place\, and $400 for 3rd place\, creating an exc
 iting new experience for both dancers and audiences.\n\nSaturday also incl
 udes a special VIP Shopping Hour from 9:00–10:00 AM\, giving guests earl
 y access to the art market before the festival officially opens.\n\nWhethe
