HONORING THE TRADITIONS POWWOW – May 18, 2024
Come and enjoy the rich cultural heritage of a Native American powwow, and experience a showcase of traditional dances, songs, music and art. Our pow wow is called “Honoring the Traditions.” It will be held at Buffalo Creek Retreat, 8708 Hubbard Valley Road, Seville, Ohio 44273.
Saturday May 18, 2024 – Gates for public open at 10:30 and close at 6pm. Grand Entry is at 12:00 noon.
Setup is Friday May 17, 2024 from 12pm to 4pm and the event day 8am. A meal is provided to dancers, drums and vendors. Camping available Friday and Saturday for participants. Nearby motels Quality Inn and Wyndham in Seville
Admission $5; Seniors and Active Duty, Veterans $3 & Kids under 12 Free!
Bernadette Dethier, the Native American Veteran Coordinator at the VA Cleveland Regional Benefit Office, will be there with a laptop to assist veterans regarding benefits etc.
