Partial fee will not be accepted and will be returned to sender effective immediately, delaying acceptance.
FOOD & CRAFT Vendors must be 18 years of age and older. FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE FOOD HANDLER’S PERMIT, EACH EMPLOYEE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please send the type of vendor, a list of items to be sold (inventory/menu) pictures are greatly appreciated but not required🙂, copy of tribal enrollment, contact information (phone number and email address), list of vendor employees.
Mandaree Hidatsa Celebration 2019 Vendor Contract will be emailed to vendor; review, live signature, and return to P.O. box address.
Failure to comply with vendor contract will result in forfeiture of fee.
Not responsible for lost/stolen fee through postal service. Please notify Ms. Fox the date package is sent!

WALKING VENDORS ARE WELCOME
Each Walking Vendor will be required to purchase a permit, which is based on items being sold.
Permits are viable for ONE session.
One permit per session.
Limit (10) Walking Vendors per session.
Walking Vendor Permits will be visible at all times!
Session 1 Permit hours 12pm-6pm cst
Session 2 Permit Hours 6pm-12am cst
Once session permit is paid and contract is signed fee is non-refundable!
Food and Craft Vendors are exempt from purchasing Walking Vendor Permits.
Walking Vendors who did not pay for a permit will be asked to desist and will possibility be removed from grounds.
Walking Food vendors are required to have a Food Handlers permit.
Mandaree Hidatsa Celebration Arena and Camp Grounds are drug and alcohol free!
Host hotel information will be available soon! Mandaree N.D. is a rural area with major shopping and lodging within a forty-five minute commute, depending on traffic.
