 takes place outdoors on the gymnasium field of Oxnard College.\n\nNative A
 merican singing\, dancing\, drumming\, arts\, crafts\, food. Other non pro
 fit groups welcome.\n\nAll pow wow drums and dancers welcome.\n\nOpen Gour
 d Dance Saturday and Sunday morning\, 11 AM.\nGrand Entry following.\n\nVe
 terans' honoring Sunday morning between Gourd and Grand Entry.\n\nSpectato
 rs welcome\; free parking and free admission.\n\nNo drugs\, alcohol\, fire
 arms or fireworks. Oxnard College is a smoke free and vape free campus.\n\
