Please read the following before submitting your application
The Children of Many Colors Powwow is a Native American gathering and celebration. Our vendors represent the arts, crafts and traditions of indigenous cultures from the western hemisphere. Vendor spaces are limited. If all vendor spaces have already been filled by the
time we receive your application, your funds will be returned. If your application has been accepted and you are unable to attend, we cannot refund your fees. Vendors may set up as early as noon on Friday after the booth spaces have been marked. Please take the space you have been assigned. You may drive on the grass to unload your vehicle but vehicles must be off the grass as soon as you are done unloading. It is a federal offense to sell the feathers of eagles or other raptors. It is culturally inappropriate to sell Medicine plants such as cedar, sage and sweet grass. The sale of tobacco is further regulated by the federal government. Vendors selling items such as knives should display them out of the reach of children. This is a family event; no alcohol, drugs or firearms allowed. The City of Moorpark, Ventura County Community College District and Redbird are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or personal injury as a result of participating in the powwow. If you need electricity
please bring your own generators and lights. Sharing a booth means you set up ONE booth with both vendors under ONE canopy. Please make a copy of this application for your records. If you have any questions, email is the fastest way to get a response.
