$25,000 in CASH PRIZES for the top four placements in each category:

2nd Place $ 600.00
3rd Place $ 500.00
4th Place $ 400.00
Women’s: Buckskin, Fancy Shawl, Jingle, Southern Tradition and Golden Age (all styles, 55 yrs. and older)
Men’s: Fancy, Grass, Straight, Traditional and Golden Age (all styles, 55 yrs. and older)
Youth: Girls and Boys (17 yrs old and under)

The Sacred Springs Powwow is organized by the nonprofit, Indigenous Cultures Institute. The Sacred Springs Pow Wow is a celebration of culture featuring art, music, dance, and food from across Native America. Crowds of over 8,000 attendees will enjoy traditional Native American drumming and dancing, a market of over 70 arts and crafts vendors, and a Native Cultures Tent of storytellers, musicians, and educational programming. The pow wow is set on the shores of Spring Lake, which is the longest continually inhabited location in North America and serves as a sacred site to the Coahuiltecan people. Come enjoy one of the most unique and culturally powerful events in Texas!

A Pow Wow is a Native American tradition that brings together many different tribes and communities. Pow Wows are cultural celebrations that include dancing, singing, socializing, crafts, arts, and food.
