10:00 am – Doors open to the public
11:00 am–1:00 pm – Gourd Dance
1:30 pm – Welcome & Grand Entry
Following Grand Entry – Kids, Teens and Tiny Tots/Golden Age contests
4:00–5:00 pm – Supper break
5:00 pm – Gourd Dance
6:00 pm – 2nd Grand Entry
Following Grand Entry – Adults and Community contests
10:00 pm – Closing
