Outside our cultural center on the former Stewart Indian School campus, join in, or witness our Father’s Day Powwow with spectacular dance, music, and food.
There is no better way to get to know our Indigenous culture than attending the beloved Stewart Father’s Day Powwow.
Held in the heart of Nevada’s Capital City each summer, Native American performers, artists, and crafters from across our region will again gathered at this significant and historic location.
Since 1990–with just a bit of time off due to the pandemic–we have celebrated our ancient and our contemporary culture, and our vibrant and solemn traditions, all while honoring our ancestors and relatives.
At this two-day celebration, the public is invited to attend this gathering with our cherished and honored alumni.
