    Thank you! Your pot roast base for vegetable beef soup sonuds divine! I wish I had some on this rainy day. And you\’re right, I\’m thrilled with my cabinet of stock and chili, but it\’s amazing how fast we use it up in the cool months especially since we take the smaller mason jars to work for lunch. He\’s back at the stove at least once a month.
